We currently accept payment from Paypal, including Paypal 4-in-1, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay, & Google Pay.
Regarding shipping and duties on pre-purchases, We can arrange for the manufacturer to deliver straight to you door, with import duties and tax covered for within the shipping price, including insurance.
Manufacturing times are 15-45 Days, there is a minimum order required for the manufacturer to begin a run and purchase the raw materials, this is taking into account orders from HOQS USA, Europe, Africa, etc. so the lead time should never exceed the above.
Shipping times will vary depending on your choice of Air of Sea, Air will typically take 5-10 Days once it's arrived at the shipping company, with Sea taking 25-30 Days.
Tracking will be provided as soon as it is made available to HOQS Australia.
The shipping company will attempt to use the best method in regards to value for your order, smaller orders of say 2 or 4 drivers via air may be split up into 4 seperate packages, in this case seperate tracking will be provided for each. Note that shipping strong magnetic products via air is often very expensive, additional IATA 902 Regulation - Class 9 Dangerous Goods - Magnetic Inspection will need to be carried out by customs, this inspection is including in the shipping cost.
If ordering a larger quantity, ensure you taken into account the handling and drop off logistics of a pallet, the courier should call you with your provided phone number but we cannot guarantee this always, keep an eye on the tracking updates and prediction. If your address, street, is not suitable for trucks or delivery of pallets, consider using another address.
For shipping in regards to In-Stock items, courier can be arranged, local pickup, or local delivery within range of SEQ.

Due to our recent start up, HOQS Australia is not currently required to register for GST, as such your invoices will not have tax applied to them, HOQS Australia reserves the right to change this at the moment we are required to charge GST, an additional 10% on all services will apply.
